We are currently seeking a diligent and proactive Quality Assurance Reviewer to join our team and help us maintain and elevate our quality standards.
Position Overview:
The Quality Assurance Reviewer plays a critical role in ensuring that our products and services meet the highest standards. This position involves working closely with various departments to establish and monitor quality procedures, assess customer requirements, and ensure compliance with HSE and UKAS guidelines.
Required skills:
P402 Certificate
Key Responsibilities:
Conduct quality control checks on the end products of operational processes.
Assess and ensure customer requirements are met.
Collaborate with staff across various departments to ensure content and technical compliance with HSE and UKAS guidance.
Raise and assist in processing Non-Conformity investigations.
Work with operating staff to establish and maintain procedures, standards, and systems.
Act as a catalyst for change and improvement in performance and quality.
Record, analyse, and distribute statistical information.
At peak times, may be asked to assist with data entry
Use Microsoft Visio to produce floorplans and accurately annotate with asbestos content
Regularly communicate with internal departments and field staff during the report compiling process
Edit inspection data entered by surveyors and correct errors
Cross check work produced by the department Issue reports to clients when necessary
Collate register data to send to client when required
