You will be responsible for the day to day relationships with landowners and supporting the project teams.
Represent the organization in negotiating viable land deals that allow renewable energy projects to progress from Development to Build.
Negotiate and secure land assembly packages on development sites for the organization across England and Wales, potential to support specific areas across Scotland, as the business requires.
Provide support to the Senior Land Manager and the wider team in their efforts to develop and achieve a successful business plan targets and to provide specific help within land and business development areas.
Advise the organization how best to manage their land assets, ideally including environmental responsibilities and obligations.
Liaise with the wider team members to support delivery of projects.
