Job Title: Technical Trainer

We are seeking a highly skilled Technical Trainer to join our team at HM Land Registry. As a Technical Trainer, you will play a key role in building the capability of our colleagues by delivering high-quality, professional technical training within both virtual and face-to-face settings.

About the Role

In this role, you will utilise your range of skills, including technical knowledge, communication, enthusiasm, and coaching skills, to build capability across the team. You will help shape and evolve training in line with business needs by identifying, creating, and implementing new processes, training materials, and ways of working. You will also lead in the preparation, delivery, and evaluation of training activity.

Key Responsibilities
  • Deliver high-quality, professional technical training within both virtual and face-to-face settings
  • Build capability across the team by utilising your range of skills, including technical knowledge, communication, enthusiasm, and coaching skills
  • Help shape and evolve training in line with business needs by identifying, creating, and implementing new processes, training materials, and ways of working
  • Lead in the preparation, delivery, and evaluation of training activity
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need to demonstrate experience in a similar training role and in coaching and/or developing others. You will also need to have a proven ability to manage competing priorities and deadlines effectively. You must also have effective communication skills, both verbally and in writing.
