We are seeking a talented and driven Freelance Talent Acquisition Manager to join our team on a part time 3-month contract basis (25-30 hours p/week). With the opportunity to extend and/or go full-time in the future.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Proactively identify and recruit top-tier TikTok experts across various niches and demographics.
  • Build and maintain relationships with talent pools, freelancers, and industry networks to expand our roster of available talent for content creation
  • Collaborate closely with project managers and team leads to understand staffing needs and project requirements.
  • Screen and assess candidates to ensure alignment with our agency's values, culture, and project objectives.
  • Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, from initial outreach and interviews to contract negotiation and onboarding.
  • Track and report on key metrics related to talent acquisition, including time-to-fill, candidate quality, and retention rates.

Key Requirements:

  • Previous experience in talent acquisition, recruitment, or a related field, preferably within an agency or creative environment.
  • Strong knowledge of recruitment best practices, sourcing techniques, and talent assessment methodologies.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage and build rapport with candidates and stakeholders.
  • Proven ability to prioritise and manage multiple recruitment projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.
  • Self-motivated and results-oriented, with a passion for delivering high-quality talent solutions that drive business success.
  • Flexibility to work remotely and adapt to changing priorities as needed.
