First Point Group is seeking a Talent Acquisition Manager for a leading provider of innovative telecommunications solutions, dedicated to connecting people and businesses through reliable and cutting-edge technology.


Position Summary: We are seeking an experienced and motivated Talent Acquisition Manager to join our Human Resources team. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in recruiting top-tier talent, particularly within the telecommunications industry. This role is crucial in ensuring we attract, hire, and retain the best talent to drive our company's success.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and Implement Recruitment Strategies: Create and execute effective recruitment strategies to attract high-quality candidates for various roles within the telecom sector.
  • Full-Cycle Recruitment: Manage the entire recruitment process, including job posting, sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding.
  • Collaborate with Hiring Managers: Work closely with department heads and hiring managers to understand their staffing needs and provide expert advice on hiring best practices.
  • Employer Branding: Enhance the company’s employer brand by promoting our culture, values, and opportunities through various channels.
  • Candidate Experience: Ensure a positive candidate experience by maintaining clear communication, providing timely feedback, and delivering a seamless recruitment process.
  • Diversity and Inclusion: Promote diversity and inclusion in the hiring process, ensuring equal opportunity for all candidates.
  • Talent Pipeline: Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline by networking, attending industry events, and leveraging social media and other platforms.
  • Metrics and Reporting: Track and analyze recruitment metrics to assess the effectiveness of recruitment strategies and make data-driven improvements.
  • Compliance: Ensure all recruitment activities comply with relevant laws, regulations, and company policies.


Qualifications:

  • Education: Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field. A master’s degree is a plus.
  • Experience: Minimum of 5 years of experience in talent acquisition, with at least 2 years in the telecommunications industry.

Skills:

  • Strong understanding of the telecom industry and its unique talent needs.
  • Proficiency in using Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and other recruitment software.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
  • Strong organizational and time-management skills.
  • Proven ability to develop and maintain professional relationships.
  • Familiarity with HR best practices and employment laws.
