You will be an integral part of a Development department drawing on permitting, land acquisition and grid connection expertise as required.

To achieve this, it has pioneered a proprietary Sun-to-Wheel ecosystem that involves creating the most advanced hybrid solar + battery farms, developing and managing the UK’s most popular electric vehicle charging infrastructure and launching an innovative electric vehicle leasing programme. Headquartered in the UK, the multi-award-winning company has been predicated on sustainability, while its guiding values around people, product and the environment are proactively used to guide every decision from top to bottom. To assist in delivering fully consented, construction ready EV Power and GRID POWER development projects.
· To support the preparation of EIA screening and scoping requests to Local Authorities.
· To help nurture our development partners; To work inter and intra-departmentally to maximise efficiencies, collaboration and ultimately business performance.
· To support a system of continuous improvement across the development supply chain.
· To provide administrative support across departmental and specific project management, including budgeting, raising and receipting purchase orders and invoices, drafting reports, dealing with telephone calls, research and any other tasks required to support the team in delivering their projects.
· To learn, fully utilise and then optimise our Opportunity Management software as the central spine of project development management.
· Adhere to all company policies, procedures and business ethics codes including anti-bribery policy and Environmental and Quality Management System (compliant with ISO 9001 and 14001)

Degree or higher degree level qualifications in a related discipline (real estate, planning or engineering).
· Highly self-motivated with an ability to define and adapt project targets to ultimately get projects delivered.
· Strong IT skills (including Microsoft packages).
· Hybrid working including working from home
· 40 Contracted hours a week. Monday to Friday.

Competitive salary, commensurate to role and experience.
