Job Title: Higher Level Teaching Assistant

We are seeking a qualified Higher Level Teaching Assistant (HLTA) or an experienced Teaching Assistant looking to progress in their career to join our team at a fantastic Primary School in Swindon.

About the Role

This is an exciting opportunity for a dedicated and passionate Teaching Assistant to make a meaningful impact on students with Special Educational Needs and Disabilities (SEND). As a Higher Level Teaching Assistant, you will be responsible for providing tailored support to children with SEND, ensuring they receive personalized attention and assistance.

You will work collaboratively with teachers and staff to create inclusive learning environments, assist in the implementation of the educational curriculum, and foster a positive and nurturing learning environment for students across various age groups.

Key Responsibilities

Requirements
  • Be able to do the job as described
  • Experience as a Teaching Assistant or qualified HLTA
  • Passionate about supporting students with SEND
  • Adaptable, versatile, and ready to take on new challenges
  • Excellent communication and teamwork skills
