We are on the lookout for a dynamic and results-oriented Employee Benefits and Financial Wellbeing Sales Executive to lead our efforts in driving growth and expanding our footprint in the UK employee benefits market. The ideal candidate will be a strategic thinker with a track record of success in boosting sales and identifying partnership opportunities through various channels including phone, face-to-face interactions, and digital platforms. 

Responsibilities:  

Strategic Development: Craft and execute comprehensive sales strategies to meet company goals and revenue targets in the employee benefits and financial wellbeing sector. 

Market Expansion: Identify and capitalize on opportunities in new market segments, forging strategic alliances to propel business growth. 

Relationship Management: Nurture and sustain strong connections with key stakeholders, financial institutions, potential clients, and partners to foster collaboration and drive business growth. 

Sales and Revenue Generation: Take the lead in the sales cycle, negotiating contracts and closing deals while ensuring alignment with company objectives and profitability. 

Product Mastery: Develop a deep understanding of our suite of fintech products and services to effectively communicate value propositions and address client needs. 

Market Analysis: Conduct thorough market research, analyze industry trends, and gather competitive insights to inform business strategies and product enhancements. 

Collaboration: Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to align business strategies and ensure smooth execution of initiatives. 

Requirements:  

Experience: A minimum of 5 years' progressive experience in business development, sales, or related roles within the employee benefits and/or financial services industry. 

Track Record: Demonstrated success in driving revenue growth, establishing partnerships, and surpassing sales targets. 

Industry Knowledge: Strong grasp of the employee benefit landscape, financial products, regulatory frameworks, and emerging trends in the UK employee benefits market. 

Relationship Building: Exceptional interpersonal skills and networking abilities, capable of nurturing relationships across different levels. 

Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the capacity to convey complex ideas clearly and convincingly. 

Strategic Thinking: Sharp analytical skills and strategic acumen to identify opportunities, solve challenges, and make data-driven decisions. 

Adaptability: Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, evolving environment and adjust to changes while staying focused on objectives. 

Location & Remuneration: This role is remote, working from home and based in the UK. The role is on a contract basis/self-employed as preferred by the candidate with generous commission splits. OTE uncapped.
