We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Business Development Manager to join our construction company.
As a Business Development Manager, you will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, building and maintaining client relationships, and driving revenue growth. We are looking for someone with experience within the construction industry and a proven track record of successful business development strategies.
Identify and develop new business opportunities through research and networking
Develop and implement strategic business plans to expand the
Use lead generation companies and tools to look for new projects and gather information of potential clients
Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their needs promoting what the company can do for their projects
Negotiate contracts and close deals to meet or exceed sales targets
Provide regular updates on sales activities, pipeline, and forecasts
Collaborate with the construction project management team to ensure seamless transition from business development to project execution
Act as the primary point of contact for client inquiries, proposals, negotiations, and throughout the project
Proven Experience within the Design & Build sector.
At least 5+ years experience in a business development or senior sales role within construction Industry
Proven experience in business development and sales within the construction industry
Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software
Experience in project management
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field
