The ReliabilityMaintenance Engineering Manager is the site lead for all Engineering matterswithin a building. They are responsible for leading their team and building aculture of safety; for ensuring all statutory compliance requirements arefollowed to provide a safe working environment for all occupants of thebuilding; for providing a high level of equipment availability to the GeneralManager and for working with the EU Engineering team to plan for futuregrowth. Work with the site Safety department & Site Leadership to implement, recordand audit safety and statutory compliance programs to provide a safe workingenvironment for all staff. Own the legal responsibilities as the siteengineering lead within this framework.· Work with the recruitment team to ensure allocated headcount is filled withhigh quality experienced staff. Implement standards validated by the EU Engineering team and participate incontinuous improvement initiatives to create or update standards as requiredin order to provide high levels of safety and equipment availability to ourinternal customers. Maintain equipment failure contingency plans, coordinate rehearsals withaffected parties and be prepared to work in a flexible manner to ensurefailures or breakdowns are rectified as quickly as possible.· Bachelors degree, or experience at Amazon
