Due to an increase in upcoming projects, there is now a need for an Mobile Multi Skilled Engineer - HVAC bias to join this highly successful and forward-thinking organisation.
We are looking for an Mobile Multi Skilled Engineer - HVAC bias who wants to work in a diverse role where no two days are the same.
As the Mobile Multi Skilled Engineer - HVAC bias, you will provide the delivery of both planned and reactive FM maintenance services.
The Mobile Multi Skilled Engineer - HVAC bias, will be responsible for:
Assisting contractors and sub-contractors and ensure compliance with all statutory obligations.
Capable of having a flexible approach to work and working hours.
To be successful for this Mobile MultiSkilled Engineer - HVAC bias role you must have:
City & Guilds level with experience within a maintenance / facilities management environment.
Good understanding of current Health & Safety legislation and building Statutory Compliance.
Available to join a call out rota.
Hold a full UK driving license.
