Our Kiddi Caru Day Nursery in Taunton part of Grandir UK, is currently looking for a Room Leader to work as part of the management team. You'll provide professional leadership to all staff members and maintain the highest standards of care and education.

'Promote high standards of quality within the nursery
Ensure the effective implementation of the nursery keycarer procedures and allocate children to keycarers appropriately.
Ensure that practice and provision in the nursery meets the requirements of the Early Years Foundation Stage (EYFS)
Provide professional, relevant feedback to parents/carers about their child.
Promote the nursery to current parents and potential customers.
