This is a varied and rewarding role that combines warehouse responsibilities, customer interaction, and driving duties — no two days are the same This opportunity is offered on a full time, permanent contract where you will be working on Monday – Friday, 07:00 – 16:00. Pay, benefits and more: Annual salary of £28,727.0020 days annual leave (exclusive of bank holiday) Flexible dental insurance plans A company sponsored pension scheme A 24/7 online GP service, life assurance and fully comprehensive employee assistance programme Access to our MyBenefits platform, offering a variety of high street discounts, a cycle to work scheme, cashback cards, a saving scheme and much more Admission to GXO University, our online learning platform enabling you to achieve your career aspirations What you’ll do on a typical day: Picking, packing, and supporting Virgin Media technicians while maintaining top-tier Health & Safety standards Delivering excellent service to all customers — polite, prompt, and with accurate stock handling Using Warehouse Management Systems (WMS) and other digital tools to manage tasks efficiently Prioritising a busy workload and escalating any issues to the operational management team Performing van driving duties as part of your daily responsibilities What you need to succeed at GXO: Excellent customer service skills – friendly, professional, and solution-focused Solid understanding of warehouse operations Comfortable using computers – ideally with WMS experience Flexible and adaptable to changing tasks and schedules A Category B driving licence is essential We engineer faster, smarter, leaner supply chains.
