Contract: Permanent
Location Dumfries (Hybrid)
Salary 28-40k + commission (depending on experience)
Mon-Fri (40hour contract)
Are you a motivated and dynamic individual with a passion for sales? Our client who is a leading recruitment company based in Dumfries, is seeking a talented Telesales Representative to join their growing team.
As a Telesales Representative, you will be responsible for driving outbound sales efforts to promote our recruitment services. While previous experience in the recruitment industry is not essential, experience in a sales role is highly desirable.
Build and maintain strong relationships with prospective clients through effective communication and rapport-building techniques.
* Identify client needs and tailor our services to meet their specific requirements.
* Collaborate closely with the sales team to achieve individual and team targets.
* Keep accurate records of sales activities and update the CRM system accordingly.
Experience in a sales role is desirable.
* Ability to work well under pressure and meet sales targets.
* Highly motivated with a proactive approach to sales.
