Our client who is a leading recruitment company based in Dumfries, is seeking a talented Telesales Representative to join their growing team. Role Overview: As a Telesales Representative, you will be responsible for driving outbound sales efforts to promote our recruitment services. While previous experience in the recruitment industry is not essential, experience in a sales role is highly desirable. Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct outbound calls to potential clients to introduce the company’s recruitment solutions.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with prospective clients through effective communication and rapport-building techniques.
  • Identify client needs and tailor our services to meet their specific requirements.
  • Collaborate closely with the sales team to achieve individual and team targets.
  • Keep accurate records of sales activities and update the CRM system accordingly.
Requirements:
  • Experience in a sales role is desirable.
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
  • Strong negotiation and persuasion abilities.
  • Ability to work well under pressure and meet sales targets.
  • Highly motivated with a proactive approach to sales.
