Position Overview:

We’re looking for a high-energy Content Producer & Videographer who understands social content creation and is dialed into culture & the latest trends. You’ll drive our presence on Instagram and TikTok with innovative, engaging content that resonates with our audience and fuels brand growth.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Trendspotting : Identify and leverage emerging social media trends and cultural moments.
  • Content Creation: Produce and edit high-impact video content that connects with our audience.
  • Storytelling: Craft compelling narratives that align with our mission of making healthy living easy.
  • Engagement: Confidently feature on camera, bringing personality to our social channels.
  • Editing: Use top-tier software (Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro) to create dynamic, platform-native videos.
  • Brand Alignment: Ensure content consistently reflects our values.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with the marketing team to deliver a cohesive brand presence.

The Process:

  1. Initial conversation via Teams with our People Team Representative – you will learn about our story so far, ambitions for the future and of course have a chance to showcase your experience and talk through your own motivations
  2. Meeting with our Head of Brand – getting more under the skin of what the expectations are in the role and some competency-based interview questions
  3. Task (the fun part) – presented in person to George, our CEO & Founder as well as our Head of Brand (Danny) and Senior Brand Manager (Harriet).
  4. Meet and greet the team - this will be done on the same day as your task and will be a good opportunity to get a better feel of the place, it's a two way process
