This role is instrumental in shaping the professional growth and enhancing organisational effectiveness. This role will consult, design and deliver strategic initiatives that foster learning and talent development. Equally, it will lead organisational development projects that directly contribute to their commercial success and operational excellence.

The role sits in a wider team of 5 with global responsibilities, development plans and access to C-Suite. A track-record in Talent, Organisational Development and Learning is required as well as knowledge working in the Insurance industry.

Responsibilities:

  • Design and implement L&OD programs that align with their strategic business objectives to enhance overall performance of our associates and our business.
  • Equip employees with the skills – technical and behavioral - and industry relevant knowledge to deliver exceptional client service and drive client satisfaction.
  • Develop and execute leadership development initiatives to build strong, agile leaders capable of driving commercial success and protecting their culture.
  • Develop and implement scalable L&OD solutions that can be effectively applied across their global operations.
  • Promote a culture of collaboration and innovation through effective knowledge sharing and teamwork.
  • Implement metrics to assess and enhance the impact of L&OD initiatives, ensuring they deliver commercial value.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in strategic L&OD roles, with a focus on driving commercial, client-focused, and global outcomes.
  • Proven experience working in a matrix, global Insurance firm.
  • Strong leadership, strategic thinking, and communication skills.
