Position Overview: We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Head of Research to lead our Crypto Analyst/ Research team. The ideal candidate will have extensive knowledge of the Crypto/ Web3 market and a proven track record in financial research.

As the Head of Research you will be responsible for delivering comprehensive market analysis, developing innovative analytical methods, and providing strategic insights to clients, traders, and analysts. You will also manage a team of analysts to ensure high-quality research output and drive the strategic direction of our research initiatives.

Key Responsibilities:

Weekly Market Recaps

  • Compile and distribute comprehensive weekly summaries of cryptocurrency market activities.
  • Highlight significant price movements, trends, regulatory updates, and key events impacting the industry.

Monthly Research Reports

  • Author and oversee the production of detailed monthly reports offering in-depth analysis of market trends, sector performance, and future projections.
  • Provide insights on investment opportunities and potential risks within the cryptocurrency landscape.

Client and Internal Analytics

  • Deliver actionable analytics and market insights to clients, traders, and internal analysts.
  • Develop and present data-driven recommendations and strategic advice to support informed decision-making..

Innovative Analysis Methods

  • Explore and implement new relationships and analytical methods for evaluating altcoins and major cap assets.

Team Leadership

  • Manage and mentor a team of analysts, fostering a collaborative and high-performance work environment.
  • Coordinate research activities, ensuring consistency, accuracy, and timely delivery of insights.

We Are Looking For Someone Who

  • Has extensive experience in financial research, with a focus on crypto/ Web3 markets.
  • Strong analytical and quantitative skills, with a deep understanding of crypto market dynamics and technologies.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills, capable of conveying complex information in a clear and concise manner.
  • Proven leadership abilities and experience managing a team of analysts.
  • Proficiency in data analysis tools, blockchain technology, and financial modelling software.
  • Ability to identify and capitalise on emerging trends and investment opportunities within the crypto space.
  • Highly motivated and capable of managing both routine and complex tasks.
  • A self-starter comfortable with minimal direction and high expectations.
  • Possesses strong problem-solving and interpersonal skills.
  • Can collaborate effectively with a cross-functional team.
  • Organised, hardworking, and willing to support others

Location: UK, Fulham Broadway, London (On site Mon - Fri)
