Our client, a respected family-run business, is seeking a skilled and driven Internal Business Development Executive to join their expanding team, based in Tingewick. This position focuses on driving new business, building client relationships, and conducting onsite product demonstrations. The ideal candidate will be proactive in identifying new opportunities, confident in both telephone outreach and face-to-face interactions, and experienced in generating lasting client relationships.
Proactively identify key decision-makers in target businesses and generate new sales leads.
* Manage accounts to ensure retention and foster growth year on year.
* Collaborate with marketing to develop campaigns, email outreach, and online engagement, including competitor analysis.
* Provide clear, accurate, and timely sales reports to assist in strategy and performance tracking.
* Strong track record in new business generation and client relationship management.
* Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, CRM systems, and general database management.
