Job Description

  • Develop and execute a social media strategy that aligns with the company's goals.
  • Create engaging content for social media platforms and their website.
  • Plan and deliver an internal communications calendar with HR - leading and implementing communications.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to create comprehensive campaigns.
  • Production of internal communications content.
  • Analyse social media metrics and report on performance and engagement.
  • Ensure compliance with industry regulations and company policies in all social media activities.
  • Monitor industry trends and relevant news to identify opportunities for content creation and community engagement.

The Successful Applicant

A successful Social and Content Manager should have:

  • Proven experience in social media management and content creation, preferably in financial services or regulated industry.
  • Demonstrate experience of designing and implementing successful growth and engagement strategies for social media channels within B2B.
  • Strong writing and editorial skills, with the ability to create engaging and informative content for different audiences.
  • Experience of using social media management tools, analytics platforms and content creation platforms.
  • Knowledge of the principles of SEO.
  • A passion for being the customer voice within an organisation.
