Home-based Fostering Supervising Social Worker

NonStop's client, based in the South West, is looking for a Supervising Social Worker to join their independent fostering agency on a permanent basis.
This is a home based role with regular travel for Foster Care visits. This allows you to have an incredibly flexible schedule that is tailored to your needs
They are a reputable agency with an incredibly child centred approach. They take care of their staff and ensure a positive working environment leaving you with better job satisfaction.
Therapeutic approach-they are determined to give the best care possible and understand how much mental health plays a role
Home based-this allows for a very flexible schedule
Small caseload-giving you the opportunity to develop lasting relationships with foster carers
Progression opportunities-they offer continuous training and development opportunities in order for you to continue to challenge yourself
Goof Ofsted rating-they are committed to delivering a high standard of care
Flexible work environment
28 days leave plus 8 Bank holidays
Supervise, support, and train foster carers
Registration with Social work England (SWE)
Experience working within the Social Care sector, preferably in fostering
