An Independent Fostering Agency rated Good by Ofsted, arelooking for knowledgeable Supervising Social Workers to join their team.

As a Supervising Social Worker , you will be looking after a manageable caseload of foster families. Working in partnership with other team members to provide a high-quality service for their foster families and the children/young people they look after.
You will be responsible for ensuring that childrens care and development needs are met within placements by undertaking necessary planning and intervention for both emergency and planned referrals.

Support Foster Carers to evidence their competence against training standards.
Recruit, assess and monitor the suitability of Foster Carers.
Contribute to Foster Carer Annual Reviews within required timescales.
Assist in the delivery of training.
Ensure that the Foster Carers have an accurate and up to date Foster Care Agreement
Attend meetings to support Foster Carers, children and young people.

Dip SW/CQSW/Social Work Degree and current SWE registration
Experience of working within Fostering
Must hold a full UK Driving Licence
