What You’ll Do Take full ownership of the internal recruitment process—from sourcing to offer. Proactively identify and engage high-calibre recruiters, graduates, and sales talent. Build a strong talent pipeline using LinkedIn, events, referrals, and creative sourcing strategies. Partner closely with team leaders to understand hiring needs and future headcount plans. Deliver an exceptional candidate experience that reflects the Optimus culture. Support employer branding initiatives, content, careers campaigns, and events. Help shape and refine our recruitment processes as we continue to scale. What We’re Looking For Experience in recruitment (agency or in-house). A natural people-person with strong communication and relationship-building skills. Someone proactive, organised, and passionate about finding and developing talent.
