Our client, a leading crop treatment and agricultural chemical company have a requirement for a Regulatory Team leader to lead a team of Product Scientists and establish a clear regulatory strategy for the company portfolio.

As Regulatory Team Lead, you will:

  • Lead the product science team working across the product portfolio
  • Lead implantation of Global regulatory strategy and regional registration activities
  • Interface with key stakeholders to ensure regulatory compliance and commercial needs
  • Manage and lead a budget for the regulatory department working on AI strategy
  • Facilitate and advocate scientific underpinnings and aspects of company plans and product specific actions

To be considered for the role of Regulatory Team Kead, you will:

  • Proven experience, around 8 years, especially with the EU regulatory process for Crop and pesticides
  • Must have strong experience leading and implanting Regulatory strategy and multi-year plans
  • Direct experience working on developing AI Strategy
  • Educated to degree level in relevant scientific field
  • Must have led direct reports previously, part of progress and development plans
  • Able to work onsite from the Harpenden office

This is a permanent position, which will require onsite presence. Not open to remote work.
