Are you an experienced Senior Producer leading 360 advertising campaigns across OOH, TV and Film?

Can you demonstrate understanding of production workflow and shoot experience gained at production and broadcast media companies?

Please note this a contract role, INSIDE IR35.

An in-house creative agency in West London is looking for a talented Senior Producer responsible for managing various entertainment projects. Your main focus will be on ensuring the smooth execution of entertainment campaigns, both On air and Off air. You'll take the lead in planning and executing specific campaign projects, making sure they are delivered on time and within the allocated budget.

What you'll do:

  • Lead and oversee advertising projects across different areas and disciplines.
  • Manage the production of entertainment campaigns, incl shooting
  • Take charge of specific campaign projects, finding effective production solutions to meet deadlines and budgets.
  • Coordinate with internal teams and external suppliers.
  • Ensure proper resourcing and budget allocation for projects.
  • Utilize production expertise to deliver campaigns efficiently.
  • Collaborate with Sky Production Services for internal resources.
  • Negotiate deals and contracts while maintaining quality.
  • Lead negotiations with talent agencies and production companies.
  • Support Directors and Creatives in delivering creative visions.

To be considered you must have following:

  • Minimum 5 years of experience in 360 production, shoot experience is required
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and drive projects from brief to delivery.
  • Knowledge of production and broadcast technology.
  • Experience in talent negotiation.
  • Track record of budget management and planning.
  • Ability to manage pre-production processes.
  • Strong leadership and team management skills.
  • Confident in stakeholder management and senior-level meetings.
  • Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
  • Organizational skills in complex production techniques.
  • Ability to supervise and mentor junior staff members.

You MUST reside within commuting distance of West London as you will be required to based in the office three times a week to enable team collaboration.
