We are looking for Senior Producer for a fabulous, creative, caring company.

**Who for?**

An experience agency which creates and deliver with **expertise**, **innovation,** and **care** for the world’s most respected brands. Our offices are based in Holborn, which are available to employees at any time. However, mostly a home working-based organization.

**Purpose**

To develop high value client relationships and deliver successful and profitable projects and pitches.

**Key Accountabilities**
- To lead and deliver events/communications projects from client briefs as regards creative content development, pre-event production, budget creation and management, on-site delivery, through to postproduction.
- This will involve leading teams of different sizes and delivering projects globally.
- Experience in delivering FTSE 100 AGMs is preferred in this role.
- To be highly commercially minded - maximising profitability on every project, upselling services, growing budgets and meeting or exceeding gross profit margins
- To develop profitable client relationships such that they come back for repeat projects and fulfil account growth (as set by account plans) by thinking strategically about their needs and develop and resourcing teams around them.
- To manage, write and deliver compelling pitches/RFP responses, budget formation and to be able to lead a pitch team.
- To lead and manage large project teams to deploy events across the world.
- To coach and mentor junior team members and (in time) have line management responsibilities
- To obtain and disseminate information on innovations and industry trends.
- To ensure adherence to systems, policies, procedures, and event KPIs that would exceed client expectations and objectives and the industry standards.
- Staying abreast of new ideas and innovative technology that add value to your projects and client relationships Skills and experience necessary for the role.
- Must have experience of working at a similar level within a production agency and had exposure to delivering live, virtual and hybrid events where the focus has been around inspiring business performance.
- Financial and commercial acumen
- Ability to demonstrate growth in client relationships and account profitability.
- Ability to demonstrate strong leadership and organisational skills.
- Worked in a client facing role and know what is required to deliver.
- Know how to lead and inspire a team.
- Be willing to travel both nationally and internationally as required
- Knowledge of Procim budgeting system is desired (but not essential)
- Experience in delivering FTSE 100 AGMs is preferred.
