  • To achieve/exceed department KPI’s around repairs, rental voids, rental arrears and rental market reviews
  • Ensure obligations as letting agent are met, and its Repairing Standards duties
  • Responsible for the day-to-day management of residential rental portfolio
  • Building strong relations with clients and landlords – delivering high levels of service and resolving any problems
  • Acting as the main point of contact for property owners across a portfolio
  • Overseeing reactive repairs and planned maintenance to properties
  • Sourcing new and instructing contractors
  • Lead on communal repairs for a building, where required
  • Monitoring the performance and costs of works carried
  • Carrying out regular inspections
  • Process all deposit releases and negotiate regarding any dilapidations
  • Support the HMO team to ensure properties remain compliant at all times
  • ARLA (Propertymark) part / fully qualified an advantage, if not qualified a willingness to study towards it whist employed essential
  • Motivated, proactive, hard-working, driven and well organised.
  • A proven track record of working as a team player supporting other members
  • Excellent organisational skills and attention to detail
  • Enthusiastic, ‘can-do’ attitude and approach to work
