Are you a Process Development Chemist? 
The company is leading in the petroleum, fuels and lubricants sector, with a worldwide manufacturing presence. They are now looking to add to their manufacturing and technology team, by looking to hire an Process Development Chemist on a full time, permanent basis. 
Lead the New Product Development aspects
Contribute to the adoption of a digitalized approach in the way we perform technical work, embedding and growing our capabilities through lab rig automation and data rich reactions.
Ensure the scalability of the processes, supporting plant trials at third parties and providing technical input for agile identification of root cause analysis.
University degree in Chemical Engineering, Industrial Chemistry, or Chemistry. 
Good process and chemistry background (preferably, but not exclusively in the organic and polymer fields)
Communicate effectively project planning and progress with sponsors and stakeholders.
Ability to work on multiple projects simultaneously and efficiently, balancing priorities and making independent and timely decisions.
Manufacturing plant experience is desirable but not essential.
A good knowledge of analytical techniques and how to apply them to the products and process development is preferred but not essential.
