Are you a seasoned Management Accountant with a passion for numbers and a track record of excellence? As our Management Accountant, you will play a pivotal role in supporting our financial health by providing accurate and timely financial information, conducting in-depth analysis, and offering strategic advice to senior management. Managing the preparation of monthly management accounts and financial reports.
Analysing financial data to identify trends and variances, and proposing solutions to improve financial performance.
Ensuring compliance with accounting policies, procedures, and regulations.
Working closely with various departments to provide financial insights and support decision-making.
Leading and developing the finance team, fostering a collaborative and high-performing environment.
Engaging with stakeholders at all levels, both internally and externally, to build strong relationships and communicate financial strategies effectively.

Proven experience as a Management Accountant, ideally within the manufacturing sector.
Strong stakeholder management skills, with the ability to communicate complex financial information to non-financial stakeholders.
Previous experience in team leadership or management, with the ability to inspire and develop a team.
Qualified or part-qualified accountant (ACCA, CIMA, CPA, etc.) Proficient in financial software and Microsoft Office, particularly Excel.
