My client is navigating through key strategic initiatives, and they are embarking on a project to potentially exit their business in France. This project requires a skilled bilingual Project Manager fluent in both French and English to lead the effort effectively.

They are seeking a highly organized and experienced French speaking Project Manager to oversee the potential exit process of their business venture in France. The French speaking Project Manager will be responsible for coordinating all aspects of the project, ensuring timely execution, and managing stakeholder expectations. This role requires proficiency in both French and English languages, as communication with stakeholders, team members, and external partners will be conducted in both languages.

Project Planning and Strategy:
Develop a comprehensive project plan outlining key milestones, timelines, and deliverables for the proposed business exit process.
Collaborate with stakeholders to define project scope, objectives, and success criteria.
Formulate an exit strategy that minimizes risk and maximizes returns for the organization.

Lead a cross-functional team, including HR, legal, finance, operations, and other relevant departments, to execute the project plan.
Delegate tasks and responsibilities effectively, ensuring alignment with project goals and timelines.
Foster a collaborative and supportive team environment to drive project success.

Stakeholder Management:
Communicate project progress, risks, and issues to stakeholders in a clear and timely manner.
Risk Management and Mitigation:
Identify potential risks and challenges associated with the proposed business exit and develop strategies to mitigate them.
Monitor project activities closely to ensure adherence to regulatory requirements and compliance standards.
Implement contingency plans as needed to address unforeseen circumstances and minimize disruption to the project.

Maintain accurate project documentation, including meeting minutes, status reports, and relevant correspondence.
Prepare regular progress reports for senior management, highlighting key achievements, challenges, and upcoming milestones.
Ensure all project documentation is organized and accessible for future reference and audit purposes.

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Project Management, or related field.
Proven experience (3 years) in project management, with a focus on complex initiatives involving multiple stakeholders.
Some experience of working on complex exit projects would be of interest.
Bilingual proficiency in French and English, with strong verbal and written communication skills in both languages.
Knowledge of legal and regulatory requirements related to business exits in France is preferred.
Project Management qualification is a plus.
Occasional travel to France as required for project meetings and site visits.
