We're seeking a Manager - Power & Utilities Transactions to join one of the "BIG 4". This is a fantastic opportunity to work alongside large corporates in the sector, including all energy, water and other utilities, as well as for investors and suppliers to these sectors.

This business area is currently divided into several practices including Finance, Regulation, Projects, Renewables, Strategy, Benchmarking and Transactions and is continuously expanding with consistent double-digit growth over the last 10 years.

The Manager Power & Utilities Transactions role Responsibilities:
~ Lead internal project teams and coordinate with external advisors.
~ Develop and review high-quality client outputs.
~•Stay updated with key sectors in Power & Utilities.
~ Develop sector-specific market intelligence.
~ Ensure compliance with quality and risk management procedures.
~ Perform business development activities to support the growth of the utilities infrastructure business.
~ Promote our services through networking, thought leadership, and speaking engagements.


Extensive experience in financial advice, project finance, and corporate finance.
Proven track record of working on major projects.
In-depth understanding of key value drivers in projects such as policy, regulation, financing, and investments.
Proficiency in financial analysis and modelling, including scenario modelling and risk analysis.
Familiarity with construction contract terms (e.g., Strong report and business case writing skills, with expertise in Excel and PowerPoint.
Ability to identify and analyze key value drivers for projects.
Experience in investment appraisal and development/building of financial models.
Comfortable working with interdisciplinary teams (economics, finance, legal, engineering).
Demonstrated commercial awareness.

Experienced in advising on projects in utilities and other infrastructure sectors.
Skilled in client relationship management with a track record of delivering high-quality outputs.
Proficient in financial modelling and complex financial analysis.
Knowledgeable about typical financial structures and financing solutions in the sector.
