Reporting to the Project Director, you will provide crucial assistance in various project functions, with a focus on health, safety, and environmental management. Your role will involve coordinating project activities, ensuring compliance with regulations, managing stakeholders, and fostering a positive project culture.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Act as a deputy for the Project Director as required.
  • Provide hands-on support for HSE management.
  • Support project delivery and compliance.
  • Coordinate budget, resources, and schedule updates.
  • Manage accurate project performance reporting.
  • Liaise with external stakeholders.
  • Oversee Management of Change processes.
  • Coordinate with project team members.
  • Contribute to project culture initiatives.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in relevant field.
  • Minimum 5 years of project management experience.
  • Strong safety leadership skills.
  • Understanding of relevant regulations.
  • Excellent communication skills.
  • Fluency in English; other languages a plus.
  • Passion for sustainable solutions.
