As Creative Content Lead (Social) , our chosen candidate will report to our Social Media Manager and work closely with the brand Creative Directors, taking responsibility for creative ideation & planning for our social channels (particularly Instagram) and bringing to life innovative social assets.

We are industry leading in our social approach, with out-of-the box creative thinking, a charismatic team environment, aesthetic branding and meticulous attention to detail. This is a pivotal new role for Sisters & Seekers within our expanding social and marketing team, and a huge opportunity to have a unique creative outlet at your fingertips, with a fun and collaborative team that thrives when bringing great ideas to life.


Manage the daily flow of strategising content planning in line with current partnerships, campaigns and key calendar dates
Develop and present conceptual planning and social vision during management meetings with both the Social Media Manager and Creative Directors
Have a well-rounded and natural ability to create content in various formats so you have an understanding of how creation witll be achieved (e.g. videography, photography, art, photoshop) but also have impeccable planning and strategy skills
Have a great imagination and creative mind, with a finger on the pulse for what our community finds engaging and exciting
Have a natural understanding of social trends and pop-culture news, with the ability to deliver unique content ideas through the aesthetic of our brand lens
Put together content creation briefs, with the ability to communicate & pass these to a wider team in a way that can be executed correctly, or execute these yourself when necessary
Assist in identifying strengths and weaknesses in current strategies, particularly across Instagram, and use findings to push community growth across social media platforms
Have a clear feel for the brand and our tone of voice, with a confident approach to the high standard we hold all visual creativity to
Gather data and analytics when required, reporting to the Social Media Manager overseeing all platform strategies
Provide clear social intelligence and inspiration, that the wider team will thrive off and utilise to spark new ideas
Collaborate in monitoring posting performance and pick up on changes that need to be made to optimise future engagement, conversion & reach; Support all social marketing initiatives as and when required, with involvement in marketing activations that require social media team presence
A minimum of 2 years experience as a Creative Content/Social Media Strategist or Executive
An entrepreneurial attitude towards everything social, and the ability to seek out new opportunities for the brand
The ability to confidently give feedback to others involved in the creation process/those who are executing set briefs within your planning
A willingness to learn & grow with brand
An understanding of influencers and industry it-persons, alongside leading brands or competitors within the social space
A mind brimming with ideas (no matter how crazy), with the ability to then fine tune this into an achievable and adaptable social plan that aligns with current trends and pop-culture
Experience working on and organising different projects simultaneously, within tight deadlines
An honest passion for the brand, our values and our people

A women's and menswear fashion ecommerce company based near Chester. We began in 2017 from a back garden shed in Wrexham and have grown to be one of the most up and coming brands in this space within the UK.
