We are looking for a Gift Designer with strong design skills to create multi product across home, well-being, beauty and stationery. You’ll join a cross functional team working on briefs to suppliers, artworks, design and product development, alongside packaging. Working alongside our buying and merchandising teams, you will design within our customer brand look and feel, championing sustainability with an excellent knowledge and awareness of latest trends.
You must be able to manage your own workload, balance multiple projects and deadlines, helping lead the direction and range for the design side. Have good organisational skills and have a passion for working on all sorts of projects both big and small.

Researching, owning and driving the gifting range across Women’s and Men’s all year round
Must be fully competent in creating design packs, CADs and artworks to achieve high quality first samples within the critical path timing
Conduct market research to identify what the latest trends are and always having a strong commercial awareness of key competitors
Design and product develop ranges with the Buyer based on sales and trend information
Liaising with suppliers on product, design detail and fabrics
Support Senior Designer in research themes and directions for Design Presentation
Degree or equivalent in Design based subject
Expert knowledge of Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign
Experience working with cross -functional teams, like designers, buying and merchandisers, account managers and suppliers
Experience working on end to end product and packaging design – concept to the creation of final artwork and proofing
Strong eye for trends and understanding of the FatFace brand
Ability to convey designs starting with paper to 3D design
Creative and able to convey vision of Fat Face Brand
Product team – Design, Buying and Merchandising

Represents the brand image and handwriting – impacting on a wide area of customer facing brand collateral and seasonal communications. The visual proposition of these assets can strongly effect sales, plus both brand integrity and customer brand loyalty.
