Whether it’s civils engineering or lintels, our customers rely on the in-depth knowledge of our depot teams so we make it our priority to provide the best training to ensure our colleagues are able to offer their expert advice and support.
Tomorrow’s construction projects will be more planet-friendly and people-friendly than ever before. Civils & Lintels exists to help achieve that mission with the latest products and the best advice, delivered exactly where and when needed. Your role, as a Depot Manager, will be to ensureyour customers receive a brilliant service when using your depot. You will need to not only manage but also motivate your team to ensure that they are able to help meet depot targets. You will also need to make sure that the depot is running effectively, by managing stock, properly utilising your vehicles and making sure all employees have completed the mandatory training to make sure it is a safe place to work.
Here’s what you can expect to do as a Depot Manager with Civils & Lintels:
Building on depot sales and profits
Having overall accountability for making sure that the depot maintains high operating standards
Training your team, and ensuring their product knowledge is relevant and up to date
Ensuring all mandatory training is completed and your depot is a safe place to work
Manging and co-ordinating the depot stocktake twice a year
We can give you plenty of training and equip you with the tools that you’ll need to succeed as a Depot Manager but you will need to be someone with previous experience ofmanaging and developing people and be great at it.
