Senior Social Care Assessor

We are recruiting a Senior Best Interest Assessor to provide expert leadership in the application of the Mental Capacity Act (MCA) 2005 and Deprivation of Liberty Safeguards (DoLS). Support the development of professional practice within the team and mentor Best Interest Assessor students, planning and monitoring their learning experience.
Contribute to policy development, service improvement initiatives, and the strengthening of internal processes.
Build and maintain effective relationships with case management teams, health colleagues, care providers, and external agencies.
Qualified Best Interest Assessor with current approval under the MCA 2005.
Ability to provide professional supervision, guidance, and mentoring.
Experience in service development or policy implementation.
