Management Accountant | Fast Growth SME | 6 Month FTC
Harmonic are delighted to be working with a rapidly scaling SME to find them a commercially astute Management Accountant or Junior Finance Manager on a 6-month Fixed-Term Contract, with the possibility of being transferred to permanent employment thereafter.
Our client has experienced significant growth over the past several years and is building an extremely high calibre team off the back of this to take them through their next stage of scaling. This position will work very closely with the Finance Director and exposure to the executive team, as well as the opportunity to collaborate cross-departmentally. The role will focus primarily on commercial and supply chain optimization, as well as supporting an ongoing ERP project. The ideal candidate would have proven experience as a Management Accountant, Finance Analyst, or Junior Finance Manager.
Detailed variance analysis.
Monthly Management Accounts and month end close.
Review financial performance of the business.
Support the Finance Director with an ERP Project.
A willingness to roll up sleeves and get hands on with finance.
Proven ability to improve financial processes.
Advanced Excel skills.
Experience with ERP or finance systems.
Strong knowledge and understanding of accounting principles.
Bonus Experience
Experience in a Food / Beverage, Engineering, Manufacturing, or construction would be a bonus.
Experience with P&L involving Supply Chain, Logistics, Freight, 3PL would be looked upon favorably
Experience with Xero, Unleashed or NetSuite would be beneficial
Location: East Sussex (Hybrid)
