TV production company seeks an Office & Facilities Manager for an initial 6-month fixed term contract to start immediately.

May & Stephens are delighted to be partnering with a well-known TV and film production company, who are urgently looking for an experienced Operations / Facilities Manager to join their team, based in the London.

Office & Facilities Manager - You will have experience to be able to manage the head office operations based in London / Islington across facilities services.

Operations / Facilities Manager

  • Working with the Operations Management Team. Overseeing buildings management, front of house reception, meeting rooms and facilities.
  • Working with the team in leading on company events, logistics.
  • Working with the team on coordinating the logistics for company events and running of the building
  • Coordinating with the contractors for building services to ensuring it meets Health & Safety legislations.
  • Managing essential business services such as maintenance, reception, cleaning and security
  • Managing budgets, signing off invoices and raising PO’s
  • Reacting and responding to emergencies quickly – ensuring they are dealt with quickly and efficiently.

This is an amazing business, urgently needing an immediate starter for an initial 6-month contract.
