EVENT SUMMARY:
We are very excited to announce our flagship recruitment event for the 2025/26 recruitment season This large-scale, in-person event will be held in central London on Saturday, 24 January 2026.
Over 30 of our premium British and IB curriculum schools from across the UK, Europe, the Middle East, North Africa, and the Americas will be in attendance. The event will focus on vacancies for the 2026/27 academic year, beginning in August 2026.
This is your opportunity to hear directly from our schools as they share presentations about life at their school, their unique cultures, the cities and regions in which they are based, and the types of roles they will be recruiting for ahead of next year. You’ll also hear from members of our senior team about life at Inspired Education and the incredible career opportunities available across our global network.
Alongside the presentations, there will be an open school exhibition, giving you the chance to speak directly with representatives from the schools of your choice. This is a fantastic opportunity to network, learn more about Inspired Education, and register your interest in upcoming vacancies — all while connecting with like-minded educators who share your passion for teaching and learning.
We welcome registrations from teachers with experience or interest in working with the British or IB curricula. ECTs are very welcome, we will be showcasing our exciting and brand new Global Teaching Fellowship. We also welcome teaching couples as well as individual applicants.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES OF AN INSPIRED TEACHER:
Typical responsibilities within an Inspired Education school for a member of our teaching staff would be as follows:
Planning and preparing lessons and schemes of work in line with departmental and school policy and as directed by the Head of Department.
Teaching pupils and sets as assigned in the timetable, arriving punctually and maintaining good order and discipline among pupils, and registering pupils in accordance with school policies.
Promoting the progress of all pupils, differentiating for ability as required.
Preparing all pupils appropriately for their age and stage of development, including preparation for external assessment at the relevant age ranges.
Providing extra support after lessons if deemed appropriate by the Head of Department/Head of School.
Participating in open days, selection days, parent evenings, communicating with parents, and participating in staff meetings as required to discuss progress, for example, with the Head of Department/Head of School/SENCO.
Carrying out duties as deemed appropriate by the school's leadership team.
Playing a full role in the life of the school, for example, sharing resources, contributing to displays, taking part in trips and outings, leading assemblies, and participating in school community events.

PGCE, QTS, or equivalent.
