The Education Operations Team Lead is a pivotal role responsible for managing both short and long-term projects, alongside daily operational activities. This position ensures that the tasks and responsibilities of the Education Operation and Administration teams are executed efficiently, accurately, and to the highest standards.

The Team Lead collaborates with key stakeholders and senior leaders across the school to ensure the seamless delivery of timetables, co-curricular activities programs, platform and system operations, data integrity, high-quality customer service, and the academic setup of the school on a termly and annual basis. This role requires excellent leadership skills to inspire and guide a team towards achieving common goals.

The ideal candidate will possess strong organisational and multitasking abilities, capable of managing multiple priorities simultaneously. Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills are essential to establish strong relationships with stakeholders at all levels.

This role is perfect for someone who thrives in a dynamic environment and is passionate about driving operational excellence in education.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

Responsible for providing world-class support to King's InterHigh students, families, and staff.

Lead and support all operational and administrative tasks and internal project work.

Collaborate with Education teams to support all areas of timetables, curriculum, attendance, and co-curricular processes.

Lead and support procedures related to the management of student academic data.

Support the maintenance of accurate school data records and quality assurance processes.

Stay updated with Education developments within the company to ensure the most accurate information is shared with stakeholders.

Line manage the team.

THE IDEAL CANDIDATE WILL HAVE:

Excellent written and verbal communication skills

Highly literate using computers and software with a strong understanding of data management

Project management skills

Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications

Excellent customer service and problem-solving skills

Attention to detail, confidence in handling data, and accuracy in work

Ability to train and support users in the effective use of systems and platforms

Ability to work individually, as a team, and lead others

Ability to manage own workload effectively

Capable of working effectively in dynamic and changing environments

Experience of working in administration or a school environment

Knowledge of the education sector and an understanding of school systems, software and processes would be an advantage.
