Senior Associate/Director/Partner - Private Client Greater Portsmouth Area

Legal Director - Private Client Department (AKA "Future Partner")

The firm combines the high standards of a top-tier practice with the personal touch of a local law firm. With a clear vision for growth and succession planning, we’re looking for a driven Senior Associate or Junior Partner ready to take their career to the next level.

Your expertise will shine as you take on responsibilities in the Private Client department, you will manage a broad range of complex legal matters, including:

Foreign assets and cross-border estate issues
Lifetime planning and inheritance tax advice
You have 5+ years of post-qualification experience (PQE) in private client law, although we may consider candidates slightly below this if they have the right experience and skillset.
You’re proficient in handling a range of private client matters, including wills, trusts, probate, LPAs, and Court of Protection issues.
You’ve been trained at a reputable firm and are looking for a new challenge in a firm that values both high-quality service and a personalised approach.
