You will be involved in managing a broad range of complex legal matters, including will drafting and administration, trusts and declarations of trust, estate administration and probate applications, and foreign assets and cross-border estate issues.

As a key member of our team, you will have the opportunity to specialise in a niche area of private client law and make a real impact on the firm's growth and success. You will be part of a close-knit team environment, with a strong sense of community and a commitment to delivering high-quality service to our clients.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage a range of complex legal matters, including will drafting and administration, trusts and declarations of trust, estate administration and probate applications, and foreign assets and cross-border estate issues.
  • Specialise in a niche area of private client law and contribute to the growth and success of the firm.
  • Work closely with the team to deliver high-quality service to our clients and achieve business objectives.
  • Develop and implement strategies to grow the firm and increase revenue.

Requirements:

  • 5+ years of post-qualification experience (PQE) in private client law.
  • Proficiency in handling a range of private client matters, including wills, trusts, probate, LPAs, and Court of Protection issues.
  • Excellent communication, teamwork, and organisational skills.
  • Trained at a reputable firm and looking for a new challenge in a firm that values high-quality service and a personalised approach.
  • Excited about the potential to lead, grow, and eventually take on an ownership role within the firm.
