Wholesale Manager assumes the responsibility of planning, implementing, and overseeing sales activities. A strong passion for outdoor and fashion industry is essential.
• Be willing to join the company events, and activations to build Snow Peak community internationally. Represent Snow Peak within the broader outdoor industry.
• Set clear, individual territory targets within the wholesale channel
Management of the wholesale channel
Evaluation of performance and management of territory agents where appropriate, analyze performance and provide feedback and training support where appropriate.
• Determining key partnerships in conjunction with the Managing Director and Head of Digital to develop partnerships, collaborations and mutual promotions
• Work with the GM and Head of Digital to implement the sales strategy including product focus, product launch, promotions, etc.
Develop and recommend product positioning, packaging, and promotional strategy to produce highest possible long term market share.
Targeting and negotiating with key accounts to partner on Shop-in-Shops
A Bachelor’s degree in sales, marketing, or business administration or equivalent number of years of experience.
Minimum 5 years of related experience with progressive management experience.

Proven experience in a similar role within other high-end outdoor/fashion companies or proven success as Wholesale Manager. 
• Experience with Sage or SAP (Preferred).
• Strong experience with Microsoft Office applications.
• Detail oriented with commitment to delivering high quality results.
• Strong organizational and project management skills, with the ability to meet objectives and deadlines.
• Understanding of an outdoor lifestyle and trends in outdoor apparel and fashion
