Team & Role
We are looking for an ambitious and experienced Demand Generation Manager to drive our brand presence and continued growth in the B2B fintech sector. As an integral part of our expanding Marketing Team, your mission will be to spearhead demand generation initiatives, leveraging both digital and physical platforms to cultivate a vibrant community around our brand. This role is pivotal in propelling the revenue growth of our company, offering autonomy, the potential for rapid progression, and a path to enhance your skills and knowledge.
What We Are Looking For
- You will be strategically orchestrating and executing multichannel demand generation campaigns
- You will be running and optimising growth and CRO experiments to drive traffic, engagement and conversion
- You will overseeing and enhancing our digital owned and paid media channels to streamline the customer journey
- You will be building a community around the brand through innovative digital and in-person events and initiatives
- You will be optimising content delivery aligned with our overarching content strategy across various channels, including search, email and social media
- You will be refining our CRM and marketing automation workflows to deepen relationships with prospects and partners, working closely with the Sales and Partnerships teams
- You will be analysing campaign and web performance, drawing insights to refine strategies and optimise future efforts
- You will be collaborate with external partners, agencies, and contractors to ensure the seamless execution of design and web development projects
Your Skills & Expertise
- You have 3+ years in a B2B marketing role, preferably SaaS and/or fintech with a focus on demand generation and community building
- You have a Bachelor's degree in marketing, business, or a related field is preferred
- You are excited to thrive in a fast-evolving, meritocratic scale-up culture
- You are a continuous learner, staying abreast of the latest developments in marketing
- You have a proven understanding of core marketing principles (e.g. storytelling, branding, demand generation, analytics), and the ability to apply them in a technology-driven landscape
- You are digitally literate, with strong technical skills such as SEO proficiency and familiarity with HTML/CSS
- You have strong analytical skills to drive data-driven decision-making and uncover optimisation opportunities
- You have experience with CRM and CMS platforms, with a preference for HubSpot expertise
- You have exceptional project management skills, capable of balancing multiple projects with varying timelines
- You have outstanding communication abilities, both written and verbal
