Commercial Real Estate Associate / Senior Associate Location: Glasgow
Hybrid / Permanent
Due to new business wins and continued organic growth, we are currently seeking a number of Scottish qualified real estate lawyers with PQE with over 3 years PQE years to join this highly respected Real Estate team in Glasgow.

This an exceptional opportunity to delve into a diverse array of commercial property work providing support to clients across the UK, working alongside colleagues from different offices.
Working with investors both domestically and internationally, you will engage in high-profile commercial developments spanning office spaces, logistics, retail, student accommodation, build-to-rent, and infrastructure sectors.
Real Estate Finance work and large-scale asset management would be advantageous. Will involve high-end investment and occupier deals for prominent UK and international corporates, alongside opportunities to contribute to retail investments, urban regeneration schemes, strategic developments, property finance, and various other major projects.
You'll have the opportunity for future dual qualification, should you desire to extend your expertise into English property.

This is a dynamic team of fee earners in Scotland, highly ranked in Legal 500 and Chambers in Commercial Real Estate.
You will work closely with several Partners where you'll benefit from the guidance of experienced property lawyers as you transition into your role within this vibrant group.

Strong academic background coupled with an outgoing personality are desired traits.

You will be team player with a client-focused mindset, eager to contribute to our Property Team's multifaceted activities.
