We are newly recruiting for an Associate to join our Real Estate team in Glasgow. The team continue to grow and are looking for a qualified lawyer 3 years' PQE upwards to join them on a full or part-time basis.

**Your Role**:
Day to day you can expect to be involved with:

- Managing your own workload spanning a broad mix of real estate work
- Advising clients across all aspects of the property life cycle from acquisitions to lettings, portfolio management and disposal of a broad range of commercial property assets including retail and leisure premises, offices and industrial properties
- Working closely alongside a close-knit team, supporting the Partners and assisting junior team members
- Collaborating with our wider Real Estate team across our other office locations

**Your Skills and Experience**:

- You must be a qualified lawyer with prior legal background in a real estate team
- A forward thinker, with excellent analytical, communication and organisational skills, you will be self-motivated with the ability to manage workloads and deadlines
- Commercially aware with enthusiasm for business development, and an appetite for keeping up-to-date with the latest developments in your practice area and sector focus
- Understand your client’s business needs, and act in the best interest of the firm and the client
- Ambitious and enthusiastic team player, able to support senior fee earners and contribute to our collaborative culture
