Company Description

Nicely Done is a video and animation agency based in the centre of Reading, just a minute’s walk from the station. We work with some of the top brands in the world including Google, Vodafone and Microsoft.

We are a small, but growing agency, which will suit you if you like getting involved in lots of things. From managing client relationships, handling accounts, planning schedules and managing the studio resourcing.

We’re a very friendly team and we all work well together, playing to each others' strengths, supporting each other and doing very high quality work for our clients. Our goal is to be the leading Video and animation agency outside of London.

Role Description

This is a 1 year maternity cover contract, working full-time hybrid role (3 days in the office and WFH Tuesdays and Fridays) for a Senior Account Manager at Nicely Done Productions Ltd in Reading. The Senior Account Manager will be responsible for managing client accounts, building and maintaining client relationships, coordinating project timelines and deliverables, and ensuring client satisfaction.

The Senior Account Manager will also collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure the successful execution of client projects and campaigns.

Required skills & experience

You'll ideally need to have worked for a creative agency before and be an experienced client handler, skilled at exploring briefs, unpicking them, then quoting for the work involved. It's a fun environment, because the work is so varied and exciting. The Senior Account Manager should be a safe pair of hands, with experience to be able to hit the ground running. 

You're used to leading project kick off meetings and being the main point of contact for clients, writing up creative concepts and ideas, preparing pitch documents and all that you would expect in this type of role. It's also useful if you have handled projects involving video and animation.

Responsibilities

  • You will be the day-to-day contact for clients, managing client accounts to ensure projects are delivered on brief, on time and within budget.
  • You will have strong financial acumen, responsible for financial management of projects including quoting, budgeting, forecasting and invoicing.
  • You will be highly organised, managing the planning and resourcing of your projects, ensuring the team are briefed and projects timings are managed.
  • You will, by nature be an effective project and people manager, understanding how to optimise performance and achieve excellence for your clients.
  • You will ensure the quality of the work is on brief and in line with client expectations, quality checking all projects before delivering to client.
  • You will report into a Business Director.
  • Clearly communicate client's objectives with colleagues and drive development of timely solution.
