Here's your chance to step into the pivotal role of Legal Counsel, where you'll serve as a cornerstone in our legal framework, expertly guiding regulated contracts and shaping our strategic partnerships.

Reporting directly to the Head of Legal.

This is a great opportunity for an aspiring lawyer with a broad commercial practice from an FCA-regulated background, whether that is strictly financial services, insurance, or any other FCA-regulated industry.

Navigate new ventures with day-to-day legal advice, infusing commercial insight and operational acumen.
Manage legalities adeptly for regulated entities, spearheading key B2C and B2B commercial projects.
Collaborate closely with the Group, handling regulatory matters with expertise.
Enhance legal operations by driving best practices and efficiencies and setting standards for legal excellence.
Champion new regulations, pivotal in their application and implementation, shaping the legal landscape.

Experience advising FCA-regulated businesses in drafting and negotiating regulated commercial contracts.
~ Knowledge of insurance underwriting and regulated financial services products, including consumer credit and hire.
~ Background in financial services, whether in-house or private practice, is required.
~ You will be willing to travel at least once a week to their offices based outskirts of London.
