About NIO Cocktails NIO Cocktails is a premium ready to drink Cocktail Brand, which has grown to ~€5m annual revenue through direct to consumer eCommerce and wholesale/retail channels in the UK, Italy & Germany.
In the summer of 2023 NIO Cocktails completed a strategic review with proven eCommerce / Brand growth consultancy The Growth Foundation to a plan to drive NIO Cocktail’s revenues to €30m+ over the next 3 years.
In December ‘23 NIO Cocktails secured a strategic investor and The Growth Foundation as shareholders, creating a new Executive Board, who will build and deploy the growth plan, which includes this career defining role; allowing the right candidate to make their mark, learn while doing and work to propel NIO Cocktails into a trail-blazing, aspirational ready to drink Cocktail brand.

Reporting to NIO Cocktail’s Creative Director, We are looking for a Designer to join our content team and help bring our brand vision to life through captivating visuals and engaging creative assets. The ideal candidate will have a strong portfolio showcasing their ability to create compelling designs across various digital and print platforms, with a keen eye for detail and a passion for storytelling. As a member of our content team, you will play a key role in shaping the visual identity of our brand and driving customer engagement through visually stunning content.
You must be willing to take calculated risks and have a bias for action.
You must be passionate about our products and have your finger on the pulse of the latest trends in brand, marketing and eCommerce. You must be creative and innovative, with the ability to anticipate and respond to changing customer needs and preferences, before they happen.
You must be able to build and maintain strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders and be a champion for the brand and its values.
This is a hybrid role working out of the London office 3 days per week.
Graphic Design: Conceptualise and design visually appealing assets for digital and print media, including social media posts, email campaigns, eCommerce store graphics, and marketing collateral;
Content Creation: Collaborate with our demand creation teams to develop creative concepts and visual solutions that align with campaign objectives and brand guidelines;
Brand Consistency: Ensure consistency and coherence in brand visuals across all touchpoints, maintaining brand standards and guidelines in all design work;
Creative Collaboration: Work closely with copywriters, photographers, videographers, and other members of the content team to execute integrated campaigns and projects;
Visual Storytelling: Use design to tell compelling stories and evoke emotion, capturing the essence of our brand and connecting with our target audience on a deeper level;
Trend Awareness: Stay up-to-date with design trends, emerging technologies, and industry best practices, bringing fresh ideas and perspectives to the team;
Project Management: Manage multiple projects simultaneously, prioritising tasks and meeting deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
 
5 years + of professional experience in graphic design, with a focus on digital and print media.
~ Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) and other design software.
~ Strong portfolio demonstrating a range of design styles and capabilities, with an emphasis on digital design and branding.
~ Passion for cocktails, food and beverage industry knowledge, or experience working with consumer brands is a bonus.

Strong communication and presentation skills, with the ability to articulate creative concepts and rationale.
Knowledge of UX/UI design principles and experience designing for web and mobile platforms is a plus.
