Are you a dynamic and strategic leader with a passion for the audio-visual events industry? The Site & General Manager will manage a team of passionate professionals, oversee the use and maintenance of AV equipment, develop and implement operational policies, and work closely with the warehouse and Ops team. If you have strong business acumen, excellent organisational skills, and a deep understanding of AV technology, we want to hear from you
Support event logistics, including loading and unloading of equipment, and ensuring everything is prepared for transport to event locations.

Operational Management:
# Oversee the planning, coordination, and execution of all equipment and auxiliary items delivered to site.
# Lead, mentor, and motivate a team of AV technicians, warehouse and support staff.
# Conduct regular performance reviews, providing constructive feedback and facilitating professional development.
# Schedule and manage staff shifts to ensure optimal coverage and support for events.

Quality Control:
# Ensure all AV equipment and technology are maintained in optimal working condition and updated as necessary.
# Implement quality control measures to ensure the highest level of service delivery to the PM teams.
# Minimum of 5 years of experience in a managerial role within the AV events industry.
# Strong understanding of audio-visual technology / event production processes.
# Proven experience managing AV equipment, including setup, operation, and troubleshooting.
# Excellent leadership and team management skills.
# Ability to work under pressure and handle multiple projects simultaneously.

Competitive salary (based on experience) and performance-based bonuses.
#40hrs a week plus overtime.
#20 days holiday rising by 1 day a year for each year worked (to a max of 28 days).
